Charlé Q. Johnson

Charlé Q. Johnson is a wife, mother of 3, and a ray of sunshine to everyone she comes into contact with. She is the First Lady of The Metropolitan Baptist Church where her husband Elton L. Johnson is the Pastor, and currently serves as the Overseer of the Women's Ministry, Chief of Staff, & Event Producer.

“Lady Charlé” as she’s affectionately called, enjoys dancing, mentoring young girls, and spending time with her family. She is an advocate for creating environments that encourage, embrace, and edify women. When Lady Charlé is not working with women, you can find her traveling the city with her Praise Dance Ministry “Chosen II Conquer”.

She is also known as one of the choreographers for the "Verizon Wireless 2010 How Sweet the Sound" National Winners, Voices of Destiny.

An as overcomer, her biggest challenge was navigating the health complexities of her firstborn son, Evan. She has empathy for mothers who have children with various challenges and uses her own journey and process as a testimony.
